Labor Day Weekend

For Labor Day weekend, we headed up to Dallas to be with family.  

My parents came over from Baton Rouge and everyone was there minus Kelli (we hate that she lives so far away).

The cousins seriously have SO much fun together and really are best friends.

 Yes, we DID all come to spend time together BUT the MAIN reason we all came together was for the LSU vs TCU game in Cowboys Stadium.  Somehow my dad was able to get 8 tickets and we couldn't turn that down!

 It was a GREAT game and even BETTER because we WON!

 The rest of the time we played.  The kids had a BLAST when Chad surprised them and turned the sprinklers on when they were all playing in the backyard.  They loved it!

 Hudson found a box of Oreos that were in Kristin's room.....guess he just likes the cream.

That boy I tell you...

 We spent late nights at Kristin's house talking, laughing and eating (what we do best).

Kari got distracted and took over the this toy....oh the OCD in her.

 Our last day, we all went to breakfast before saying our goodbyes. 

 I can't imagine doing this as our family continues to grow...those poor people around us.

 And then it was time to say goodbye.

 We were lucky enough to be passing the Nielson's on the road on our way back to Houston (they were in Houston driving back to Dallas). 

 So, we stopped for some ice cream to see them for a bit.  Isabel and Boston never miss a beat!
